Another dip into trade rumor season brings us to Bradley Beal. While many fans will try to imagine where he fits the best, this is about figuring things out for the Washington Wizards.

Whenever a team makes the decision to move on from a generational talent before they hit free agency, they do so in hopes of setting themselves up for the next steps of the rebuild.

Therefore, today we will be looking at six blockbuster NBA trades for Bradley Beal that would help the Washington Wizards rebuild.

Right now is the hardest part for the Wizards fans. They have solid young pieces on the roster already. Deni Avdija is becoming a transformational defensive force in his second season. Rui Hachimura has not been progressing towards a return and was impressive last we saw him. Daniel Gafford was a revelation post-trade.

But until Beal is either extended or gone, the franchise is in limbo.

Some of the trades will speed things up for the team faster than others. That is part of the fun for the Wizards. While their leverage as an organization is waning by the day, for the time being, they call the shots.

If they trade him before the deadline they do not have to worry about the potential sign and trade complications this summer or paying out a supermax contract for Beal when the franchise is at the competitive level they currently are. So, what are their options?

He made his first All-Star appearance a season ago.</p> <p>So far this season he is averaging 23.1 points, 5.9 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 1.2 steals per game. Being placed into a setting where he can be the primary scoring wing could unlock the mountain of potential he has on that side of the ball. With the emergence of Avdija as a defender, the burden on that end of the floor would be even more evenly split for Brown.</p> <p>Jabari Parker is involved solely to make the money work. Given his contract, there is a chance that he would immediately be waved upon completion of the deal.</p> <p>This is one of the few deals that likely does not require draft compensation being exchanged because the Celtics end up with an All-NBA partner for Tatum, but as he is expiring, the Celtics would be giving up plenty.</p> <div class="next-slide slider"> <a class="next-slide-btn" style="background:#222423" data-track="shortcode" data-track-action="next-slide-shortcode" href=https://hoopshabit.com/2022/01/03/nba-trades-blockbuster-bradley-beal/"#"> <span class="title">Next:</span> Atlanta Hawks </a> </div><!—pageview_candidate—><hr id="pagebreak"><div id="attachment_440140" class="wp-caption aligncenter"> <img class="wp-image-440140 size-full" src=https://hoopshabit.com/2022/01/03/nba-trades-blockbuster-bradley-beal/"https://images2.minutemediacdn.com/image/fetch/c_fill,g_auto,f_auto,h_2134,w_3200/http%3A%2F%2Fhoopshabit.com%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2Fgetty-images%2F2018%2F08%2F1360628709.jpeg" alt="NBA Trades, Bradley Beal" width="3200" height="2134" srcset="https://hoopshabit.com/wp-content/uploads/getty-images/2018/08/1360628709.jpeg 3200w, https://hoopshabit.com/wp-content/uploads/getty-images/2018/08/1360628709-768x512.jpeg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 3200px) 100vw, 3200px"><div class="fs-center-img"> <p class="wp-caption-text" style="width:3200px;">PHILADELPHIA, PA – DECEMBER 23: Cam Reddish #22 of the Atlanta Hawks looks on against the Philadelphia 76ers at the Wells Fargo Center on December 23, 2021 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. While the fit of Beal next to Trae Young would be less than ideal defensively, the overall scoring output would be transcendent.</p> <p>The Hawks have the young talent and sense of urgency to make something happen in earnest, making the following deal plausible.</p> <p>While Onyeka Okongwu has shown enough flashes to be considered borderline untradable, bringing in an All-NBA player fits the bill.
