At the beginning of the 2018-19 season, the New York Knicks seem to have a couple of players that deserve more time on the court.

The New York Knicks have started off the 2018-19 NBA season with a record of 7-14, which happens to be the fourth-worst record in the league, all in about six weeks of action.

With their superstar in Kristaps Porzingis still being out with a torn ACL injury, the team was thought by many as a contender for the title of worst team in the league. The absence of a star, along with the mix of an inexperienced group of players, usually signals a bottom-tier team.

But these young Knicks have been proving people wrong since the start of the season. Even though they are still way out of the playoff picture, Knicks fans can’t possibly be disappointed in their team’s style of play. This type of effort and hustle was missing from New York last year and it’s nice to see the young guys fight for their chances.

Head coach David Fizdale is currently in his first season with the Knicks and he seems to be handling things quite well. He has managed to get everyone involved by distributing minutes equally up and down the roster.

Even though many players are seeing adequate time on the court, there may be a few of them that deserve to be playing a tad more. Here are three players that should be playing more.
