Itinerary
  • DAY 1: Hanoi – Mai Chau Valley (L,D)
    7:00 - 8:00 : Pickup at your hotel in the Old Quarter in our comfortable van/bus
    10:00 : Short break
    11:30-12:30 : Scenic photo stop of Mai Chau valley/arrive in Mai Chau
    12:30 : Traditional lunch in our home(vegetarian available)
    14:30: Bicycle ride with your tour guide, see farmers working in fields, locals weaving
    scarves and visit surrounding peaceful villages.
    17:00: Free time for cycling, walking, shopping
    19:00 : Enjoy the the dinner, you will have a chance to Enjoy traditional dishes prepared in the style of the native Thai  and watch the Thai’s traditional
    Dance show and drink traditional wine “ruou can”.

  • DAY 2: MAI CHAU – PU LUONG NATURE RESERVE (B,L,D)
    7:30-8:30 – Breakfast time
    8:30-10:30 – Drive 35km to Pu Luong Nature Reserve, we will stop on the way to see chopsticks factories and take photos sometimes.
    10:30 – 12:30 – Arrive to Pu Luong Nature reserve, we will take a short break for 10 minutes before start to do trekking and explore a beautiful scenery of the mountains and stunning rice terraces
    12:30 – 15:30 – Enjoy Lunch in the village and take a rest before we restart trekking then drive back to Mai Chau.
    15:30 – Get on the van/bus to drive back to Hanoi.
    7:30 – 8:00 Drop off at the guest’s hotel.

  • DAY 3: Mai Chau – Moc Chau
    7:30 –Breakfast time
    08:15 – 10:00  – Drive  to Moc Chau, we will stop  to take photo some times
    10:00 – 12:30 – Explore the beautiful of the tea farm and the “Dai Yem” water fall, the “Doi”cave .
    13:00 – 15:00 – Enjoy Lunch, back to Mai Chau
    15:30 – Get on the van/bus to drive back to Hanoi.
    19:00 – Arrive in Hanoi Old quarter. Drop you off at your hotel. 

Moc Chau National tourism zone, Moc Chau district and Van Ho district in Son La Province, 180 km away from Hanoi to the northwest, the large plateau that stretches for about 80 km and 25 km wide, with an average altitude above 1,050 meters, the average temperature of 18 - 21oC, Da Lat is known as the North. This is a land full convergence typical ecosystems of Vietnam as: steppe with immense plains choy flower, wild sunflowers, blue tea hills, 4 season hot springs, rainforest, forest native with many plants, flowers precious uniqueness.

Mai Chau

The idyllic, rural valley of Mai Chau is just 150km from Hanoi but feels like a completely different world. Fields and rice paddies sprawl out across the vista, and the mountains fade sleepily into the horizon.The only soundtrack here is that of nature, the delicate birdsong, the mumbles of the buffaloes, the squawk of the chickens, and the children playing freely in the fields. Although Mai Chau has become an increasingly popular tourist destination, it has retained its welcoming and laidback ambience.

A short journey from Mai Chau is Pu Luong Nature Reserve. This beautifully preserved area comprises of rich, primary tropical rainforest, limestone peaks and fertile agricultural land. It is a fantastic place to explore the wilderness of the Vietnamese countryside or stop to meet the locals and bond over a refreshing cup of tea. The stunning scenery is best experienced on foot or by bicycle which can be rented easily from one of the villages.
